Callebaut chocolate powder
Chocolate liqueur

Preparation

  • Scoop balls of the ice cream and shape them into balls by hand.
  • Place in the freezer.
  • Melt the ice chocolate and add some crunchy peanuts.
  • Dip the ice cream balls in the chocolate.
  • Store in the freezer.

  • Warm the powder in milk and season with the liqueur.
  • Serve the warm drink in glasses and place the ice cream balls next to them.
