IJwit Mimosa

IJwit is an ideal beer for a 'hoptail', such as this IJwit Mimosa.IJwit is a robust Amsterdam wheat beer and, like any wheat beer, is brewed with a portion of wheat malt. This provides a wonderfully fresh taste. The addition of coriander seed and lemon during brewing gives it slightly spicy and citrusy notes.

Ingredients

12mlFresh orange juice
12mlOrange liqueur
Orange slice
half a can of IJwit

Preparation

  1. Pour the orange liqueur and orange juice into a (champagne) glass.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Hold the glass at an angle and pour in half a can of beer.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice.
