Ingredients

Tempura flour
summer oyster
carbonated water

Preparation

  1. First make a tempura batter. For this, mix the flour with cold (carbonated) water until you have a yogurt-thick batter.
  2. Open the oyster and detach it. Pat dry gently, dip the oyster in the tempura batter, and fry until crispy.
