Preparation
- Cook the risotto rice until done.
- Put the warm rice with the aged cheese in the food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
- Let this mixture set overnight.
- Spread the mixture thinly on a baking mat and bake it crispy at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
