Katsu Sando with crispy chicken

Ingredients

Kewpie mayonnaise
Pointed cabbage
2slices of bread
2gblack sesame seeds
1Yuzu juice
Red cabbage
1lime zest
crispy wakadori
Kewpie roasted sesame dressing

Preparation

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. Fry the crispy wakadori in oil at 180 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with yuzu juice, lime zest, and sesame seeds.
  4. Shave the red and pointed cabbage very finely using a mandoline.
  5. Mix the red and pointed cabbage with the sesame seeds.

  1. Spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Top with the red and pointed cabbage and chicken to taste.
  3. Serve the sesame dressing separately or on top, as desired.
