Colorful ice cubes

Fun colorful ice cubes with the tea/flower varieties: butterfly pea and roselle.

These ice cubes can be made to your own signature with different shapes and sizes and create a stunning play of colors as they slowly melt in a transparent drink, giving a magical effect to cocktails.

Ingredients

8 dried flowers or 1 teaspoon powder
1lHot water

Preparation

  1. Add the dried flowers or powder to the hot water.
  2. Stir well until the dried flowers have infused (about 5 minutes) or the powder is fully dissolved.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Pour the cooled tea into ice cube trays.
  5. Freeze.
