Cookie of peanut and honey with smoked duck breast

Golden brown cookies made with honey and peanuts.

Ingredients

200gsalted peanuts
smoked duck breast
200gcrumiel

Preparation

  1. Finely chop 200 grams of salted peanuts. Mix the chopped peanuts with 200 grams of crumiel (=dried honey) and scoop into desired shapes (press down in between and refill the molds well).
  2. Bake until golden brown at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and serve with smoked duck breast.
