Ingredients

0.8glime zest
150gBoiron mango purée
50gBoiron passion fruit purée
1gfresh coriander leaves
60gsimple syrup
200gMineral water
1.2000000000000002gxanthan gum
50gBoiron mandarin purée
1units.itemsCO2 gas cartridge

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.
  2. Blend very well and then fine strain.
  3. Pour into a half-liter cream siphon.
  4. Add 1 CO2 cartridge.
  5. Shake well.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before use.
