300gWater
450gtapioca flour
300gbeet (cooked & pureed)
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients and roll out thinly. Steam the mixture for 20 minutes at 100°C.
- Then dry at 60°C in the dehydrator.
- Break into pieces and fry at 180°C.
