beef stew sous-vide
fresh fries
truffle mayonnaise
Preparation
- Fry the fries at 180°C until crispy.
- Heat the braised beef in a pan.
- Spoon the braised beef onto the fries.
- Serve with the pickled red cabbage and truffle mayonnaise*.
