
Loaded fries with mussels and remoulade mayonnaise
The trend of fries with luxury toppings has been developing for several years.Our chefs have their own favorites that they are happy to share with you, so you can take your fries dishes to a higher and more creative level!
Ingredients
fresh fries
Furikake
Breaded mussels
cucumber moons
Spring onion
remoulade mayonnaise (see recipe below)
Preparation
- Fry the fries at 180°C until crispy.
- Fry the mussels in oil until crispy.
- Spoon the mussels onto the fries.
- Serve with remoulade mayonnaise*, cucumber moons, and sliced spring onion.
- Finally, sprinkle some furikake on top.
