
Loaded fries with rendang and lime miso mayonnaise

Ingredients
Roasted bell pepper
steakhouse fries
rendang
lime miso mayonnaise (see recipe below)
Preparation
- Fry the fries at 180°C until crispy.
- Heat the rendang in a pan.
- Spoon the rendang onto the fries.
- Finely chop the roasted pointed pepper and place it on the rendang.
- Serve with lime miso mayonnaise.
