Loaded fries with beef roulade and béarnaise mayonnaise

The trend of fries with luxury toppings has been developing for several years.

Our chefs have their own favorites that they are happy to share with you, so you can take your fries dishes to a higher and more creative level!

Ingredients

steakhouse fries
beef roulade
béarnaise mayonnaise (see recipe below)

Preparation

  1. Sear the beef roulade all around in a pan.
  2. Place the beef roulade with a core thermometer in an oven preheated to 180°C. Aim for a core temperature of 55°C.
  3. Fry the fries at 180°C until crispy.
  4. Slice the beef roulade thinly and place on the fries.
  5. Serve with béarnaise mayonnaise*.
