Ingredients

Cucumber
Spring onion
peppadews
Goat cheese
Hot honey
Chorizo cubes
Sriracha mayonnaise
70gPringles Original
Chives

Preparation

  1. Spread the Pringles from one tube (70 grams) in an oven dish.
  2. Crumble goat cheese over the chips and drizzle hot honey on top.
  3. Briefly heat in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is slightly melted.
  4. Meanwhile, fry the chorizo cubes and distribute them, along with the released oil, over the chips.
  5. Add sriracha mayonnaise to taste.
  6. Finely chop the peppadews, cucumber, spring onion, and chives.
  7. First sprinkle with peppadews and finish with cucumber, spring onion, and chives.
