
Loca burger with Ibérico ham and tomato salsa
With various and creative burgers, buns, and mayonnaises, you are guaranteed to serve the 'best burger in town'.Ingredients
hamburger bun with chili
loca beef burger
Ibérico cheese
Tomato
Tomato salsa
Rocket
Pickle
Ibérico Paleta cebo
kimchi mayonnaise (see recipe below)
Preparation
- Bake the bun according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Grill the loca burger on the barbecue or in a pan.
- Grate the Ibérico cheese over it and place briefly in the oven.
- Slice the tomato.
- Spread the tomato salsa on the bun.
- Top the bun with the loca burger, tomato slices, arugula, pickles, and Ibérico ham.
- Serve with kimchi mayonnaise*.
