Marble egg

Boiled egg with a marbled appearance based on soy.

Ingredients

Eggs
Spices to taste
Cooking liquid
200mlSoy

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the water, save the water, and gently tap cracks into the eggshells with a teaspoon so the shell breaks.
  3. Add the soy sauce to the cooking liquid.
  4. Then simmer the eggs gently for about 25 minutes. Let them sit overnight in the fridge in the cooking liquid.
  5. Peel the eggs and serve as desired and to taste.
