
Matcha smoothie
Tropical fruit smoothie of, among others, coconut and banana, with matcha.Tip: This recipe uses creamy coconut milk. Would you prefer a 'skinny' matcha smoothie? Then use a plant-based milk, such as almond milk, or replace the milk with extra water.Ingredients
150mlCoconut milk
1Honey
100mlWater
0.5units.itemsfrozen banana
Pinch of salt
Ice cubes
pinch of vanilla powder
1Matcha powder
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender until you have a creamy, green smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and add the ice cubes.
- This healthy drink is best served ice cold.
