Matcha gin and tonic

Both the liqueur and tonic contain the delicious sweet taste and aroma of Elderflower. A perfect combination with Matcha and Gin.

Ingredients

1Matcha powder
30mlTanqueray dry gin
violets
20mlSt-Germain liqueur
Mint sprig
Fevertree Elderflower tonic

Preparation

  1. Put the matcha and gin in a bowl, use a bamboo whisk to beat out all the lumps.
  2. Take a glass and fill it with ice.
  3. Pour the matcha infused gin into the glass.
  4. Add the liqueur.
  5. Top with tonic.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and violets.
