Mexican-style grilled corn

Corn grilled Mexican style with BBQ spices and mayonnaise.This recipe is prepared on the BBQ. This recipe is for 4 people.

Ingredients

100mlMayonnaise
150gFeta
3units.theelepelEuroma Mexican style BBQ spices
15gCoriander

Preparation

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Boil the corn for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and let steam dry briefly.
  4. Grill the corn cobs for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Turn regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with 2¬Ω teaspoons Euroma Mexican style BBQ spices.
  6. Crumble the feta, spread on a plate, and cut the limes into wedges.
  7. Pick the coriander leaves.
  8. Rub each cob with a lime wedge.
  9. Spread all around with the Mexican style mayonnaise and roll in the crumbled feta.
  10. Sprinkle the corn cobs with some extra Euroma Mexican style BBQ spices and salt if desired.
  11. Serve the remaining lime wedges and coriander leaves alongside.
