Ingredients

50gBaba Ganoush
20ggrilled pepper
20gvegan feta
1Zucchini
1pistachio crunchy Didess
Cress to taste
Pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  2. Crumble the feta.
  3. Slice the zucchini on the mandoline. Season with oil, pepper, and salt and sear.
