Mochi Mochi with a bonsai raspberry tree

Japanese ice cream in a coat of glutinous rice.

Ingredients

100gMelted butter
100gIcing sugar
100gEgg white
bonsai mold
20gRaspberry powder
100gFlour

exotic fruit such as mango, papaya, pineapple, melon, pitahaya, and tamarillo
Vanilla sauce
mochi ice cream vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for the bonsai tree.
  2. Spread this into the mold and bake at 140ÀöC for about 12 minutes until crispy.

  1. Clean the fruit and cut into a fine brunoise.
  2. Cut one mochi in half and spoon some vanilla sauce on top.
  3. Serve the fruit salad alongside with the raspberry tree.
