
Mussel and squid pizza
Thin pizza with mussels, squid and tomato, richly topped and baked until crispy for a Mediterranean seafood flavor experience.Ingredients
Mussel cooking liquid
Black garlic paste
Furikake
Squid ink
Marinara tomato sauce

Fried mussels
Stewed samphire
Crème fraîche
Octopus tentacle sous-vide cooked
Grated cheese
Preparation
- Make the dough for the pizza base as indicated in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page). Additionally, mix furikake with the flour. Also mix in 4 sachets of squid ink and a teaspoon of black garlic paste with the oil. Use mussel juice instead of water.
- Spread marinara tomato sauce with crème fraîche on the pizza base and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake the pizza base in the oven.
- Top with stewed samphire, fried mussels, a few pieces of lobster, and sous-vide cooked octopus tentacle.
