Brick pastry

Preparation
- Cut the brick pastry into quarters.
- Place some mozzarella in the center of a piece.
- Make a 'well' and spoon in a teaspoon of truffle tapenade.
- Crack a fresh quail egg on top.
- Fold the pastry closed and fry in oil until golden brown (squeeze closed with tongs while frying).
