Muhammara & burrata kiss

This kiss is delicious as a 'spread' with toasted brioche bread.

Ingredients

450gMuhammara
250gBurrata
Silicone mold lips

500mlGazpacho
5gKappa gelling powder

Salt flakes
brioche bread

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender and pour into the silicone mold.
  2. Place in the freezer.

  1. Mix all ingredients together and, while stirring, heat to 80°C.
  2. Dip the frozen 'kus' in the jelly.
  3. Let thaw on foil in the refrigerator.

  1. Place the 'kus' on a plate.
  2. Sprinkle a few salt flakes on top.
  3. Serve with toasted brioche bread.
