
Muhammara & burrata kiss
This kiss is delicious as a 'spread' with toasted brioche bread.Ingredients
450gMuhammara
250gBurrata
Silicone mold lips
500mlGazpacho
5gKappa gelling powder
Salt flakes
brioche bread
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender and pour into the silicone mold.
- Place in the freezer.
- Mix all ingredients together and, while stirring, heat to 80°C.
- Dip the frozen 'kus' in the jelly.
- Let thaw on foil in the refrigerator.
- Place the 'kus' on a plate.
- Sprinkle a few salt flakes on top.
- Serve with toasted brioche bread.
