Preparation
- Cut the shallot, camembert, and butter into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients (except the pani puri and crumble) in a food processor and season with salt.
- Fry the pani puri and continuously sprinkle with the hot oil.
- Fill the pani puri and serve them on the BBQ crumble and top with cress and crumble.
