Pak choi with dashi broth and sesame

With goma-ae as a finishing touch.

Ingredients

fresh pak choi
concentrated dashi broth
goma-ae (sesame with soy)

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the bok choy. Stir-fry the white part of the bok choy in oil until just tender.
  2. Then add the green part, stir-fry briefly, and deglaze with a splash of the stock.
  3. Let it reduce a little and, before serving, sprinkle some goma-ae over the top using a tea strainer.
