Ingredients

Crispy ketchup crunch
Spring onion
Cast Iron oven dish
Hot & Spicy chicken wings
Cast iron trivet
Smokey BBQ sauce

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Toss the hot wings directly through the smokey BBQ sauce so they are nicely glazed.
  3. Place the wings in the Cast Iron baking dish.
  4. Garnish with crispy ketchup crunch.
  5. Top with finely chopped spring onion.
  6. Serve on the cast iron trivet.
