Mexicano Pan

Ingredients

Chives (finely chopped)
Grated cheddar cheese
Mexicano (spicy minced meat stick)
Cheese sauce
Tomato salsa
Cast Iron oven dish
Tortilla chips
Avocado sauce

Preparation

  1. Fry the Mexicano and chop into coarse pieces.
  2. Spoon a layer of tomato salsa into the Cast Iron baking dish.
  3. Spread the chopped Mexicano over this.
  4. Spoon cheese sauce over the whole.
  5. Stick a few tortilla chips into the filling.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheddar over the top.
  7. Gratinate briefly in the oven or under a salamander.
  8. Garnish with avocado sauce and finely chopped chives.
