Preparation
- Heat the cheese sauce together with the hummus until smooth and warm.
- Fry the cauliflower and oyster mushroom bites until golden brown and crispy.
- Spoon the warm hummus-cheese sauce into the Cast Iron casserole.
- Gratinate in the oven, under the salamander, or with a blowtorch until the top is lightly colored.
- Place the fried cauliflower and oyster mushroom on top.
- Garnish the dish with basil oil.
