
Pulled pork pie
We use a high-quality ready-made pulled pork.Ingredients
1250gpulled pork Louisiana
basic scrambled egg mix
Jus de cèpes
chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, and chervil)
Cream
fresh puff pastry
Egg yolk
cèpes powder
Preparation
- Mix 500 ml scrambled egg mix with a tray of pulled pork. Season with a dash of cream, the chopped herbs, and a little jus de cèpes.
- Mix everything well until homogeneous.
- Spoon this mixture into small pans greased with oil.
- Brush the edges of the pans with some egg yolk. Cut out rounds from the puff pastry, slightly larger than the pans. Fold this over the pans.
- Mix egg yolk with a little cèpes powder to taste and brush the puff pastry with it.
- Cut a 'cross' in the middle of the dough and then place the pans in an oven at 200ºC.
- Bake until the pastry is nicely browned.
