mayonnaise with rosemary
Olive oil
Chorizo slices
Garden cress
Preparation
- Heat the fryer to 180°C and fry the frozen croquetas de chorizo for 3 to 3.5 minutes until done.
- Toast the slices of baguette with a little olive oil in the oven or on the grill.
- Spread a thin layer of rosemary mayonnaise on the baguette.
- Place the slice of chorizo on top.
- Skewer the croqueta de chorizo on top of the baguette.
- Garnish with garden cress if desired.
