Iberian ham croquette skewer

Serve these pinchos as a snack, appetizer, or surprise in a walking dinner.Also delicious to serve with extra jamón Ibérico.

Ingredients

Mayonnaise
arugula lettuce
fresh rosemary
coarse sea salt & pepper
full-fat yogurt
baguette or white bread
lemon
cocktail sticks

Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the baguette or white bread into rounds and toast until golden and crispy on both sides.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with some full-fat yogurt, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, sea salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the rosemary mayonnaise on the bread and top with some arugula leaves.
  4. Prepare the jamón Ibérico croquettes in the fryer and skewer them onto the bread with a cocktail stick.
