Mayonnaise
arugula lettuce
fresh rosemary
coarse sea salt & pepper
full-fat yogurt
baguette or white bread
lemon
cocktail sticks
Tapas Club Croquetas de Jamón Ibérico

Preparation
- Cut the baguette or white bread into rounds and toast until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Mix the mayonnaise with some full-fat yogurt, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, sea salt, and pepper.
- Spread the rosemary mayonnaise on the bread and top with some arugula leaves.
- Prepare the jamón Ibérico croquettes in the fryer and skewer them onto the bread with a cocktail stick.
