Brander mayonnaise
Unagi kabayaki sauce
sliced spring onion
Preparation
- Bake the pitas as indicated on the packaging.
- Put the Brander mayonnaise in a bowl and add kimchi sauce and crushed shichimi togarashi (Japanese red pepper) to taste.
- Fry the chicken thigh meat until crispy and glaze with unagi kabayaki sauce.
- Place the meat and spring onion between the baked pitas and set the whole on greaseproof newspaper.
- Pipe the mayonnaise in between.
