250gpumpkin purée
300gStock
krupuk udang
20gvegetal texturas powder
Preparation
- Blend the puree with stock until smooth.
- Add the vegetal cold and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Chop the prawn crackers into small pieces in the food processor.
- Pour the pumpkin puree onto silicone drying mats, sprinkle with the raw prawn crackers, and dry for about 2 hours at 65°C. Fry at 180°C in oil.
