Pumpkin prawn crackers

One ingredient, six textures. A pumpkin has never been this delicious.

Ingredients

250gpumpkin purée
300gStock
krupuk udang
20gvegetal texturas powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the puree with stock until smooth.
  2. Add the vegetal cold and bring to a boil while stirring.
  3. Chop the prawn crackers into small pieces in the food processor.
  4. Pour the pumpkin puree onto silicone drying mats, sprinkle with the raw prawn crackers, and dry for about 2 hours at 65°C. Fry at 180°C in oil.
