Tasty Tosti: raclette and stewed pears

Combine luxurious flavors and turn a simple toastie into a surprising lunch dish!

Ingredients

raclette
sourdough floor bread (brown)
Jonnie & Oos cucumber moons
peperoncini marinata
stewed pears

Preparation

  1. Spread one of the two slices of sourdough bread with peperoncini.
  2. Place two thick slices of raclette cheese or taleggio on top.
  3. Pat the stewed pears and cucumber moons dry, cut them into julienne strips, and place on the cheese.
  4. Finish in a sandwich press.
