
Scrambled eggs with crispy bacon

3Eggs
Chives
Bell pepper
Grated cheese
silicone mold miel 18
salt and pepper to taste
tomberry tomato
Beech mushrooms
mesclun salad
Bread
pork belly
Preparation
- Beat the egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Optionally add grated cheese and/or chopped chives and/or a fine brunoise of bell pepper.
- Place the silicone mold on a baking tray and pour the egg into it.
- Bake in an oven at 150°C for about 7 minutes.
- Serve on toasted bread with crispy pork belly slices, sautéed beech mushrooms, mesclun salad, and tomberry tomatoes.
