Brioche bread with scrambled eggs, hot smoked salmon and a crispy egg topping

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the silicone bee mold on a baking tray and pour the egg into it.
  3. Level the mold with a palette knife.
  4. Bake it for 6 minutes until crispy at 160°C.

  2. Break the hot smoked salmon into pieces.
  3. Melt a little butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour the egg into the pan, lower the heat, and stir constantly so it doesn't stick to the pan.
  4. Keep stirring so the egg sets evenly. Turn off the heat when the egg is half set.
  5. Stir the pieces of hot smoked salmon into the egg.
  6. Bake the brioche bread as described on the packaging.
  7. Top the bread with a little mesclun salad and place the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on top.
  8. Finally, garnish the dish with the crispy egg.
