4red endive
Speculaas spices
Iluigi olive oil
Black pepper
tray of Shiso green cress
argan oil
4Oranges
Coarse sea salt
Preparation
- Clean and wash the red chicory. Separate the leaves.
- Peel the oranges with a sharp knife. Then cut into slices of about 1 cm.
- Briefly fry these slices in olive oil and season with speculaas spices.
- Place the lukewarm orange slices on the plates, alternating with the red chicory.
- Sprinkle with some speculaas spices and sea salt.
- Finish with sprigs of Shiso Green
