
Rösti with smoked salmon, herb salad and Savora mustard Hollandaise
Classic rösti and smoked salmon, but served in a contemporary way with Savora mustard hollandaise.Recipe for about 10 people.Ingredients
2Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise sauce
70gSavora mustard
Salt and pepper

Clarified butter
70gFresh herbs
650gSmoked salmon
10units.itemsUnripe strawberries
Preparation
- Heat the Hollandaise sauce and add the Savora mustard.
- Strain the sauce and pour it into a siphon.
- Charge the siphon with one cartridge and keep it warm "au bain marie".
- Peel and wash the potatoes.
- Coarsely grate the potatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Heat the clarified butter in a small pan and evenly spread the grated potato in it.
- Slowly fry the rösti until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Meanwhile, slice the salmon thinly.
- Pick the herbs and slice the strawberries thinly.
- Divide the rösti over the plates and place the salmon on top.
- Finish the rösti with the herbs and the Savora mustard Hollandaise.
