Rösti with smoked salmon, herb salad and Savora mustard Hollandaise

Classic rösti and smoked salmon, but served in a contemporary way with Savora mustard hollandaise.Recipe for about 10 people.

Ingredients

2Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise sauce
70gSavora mustard

Salt and pepper
5units.itemsPotatoes
Clarified butter
70gFresh herbs
650gSmoked salmon
10units.itemsUnripe strawberries

Preparation

  1. Heat the Hollandaise sauce and add the Savora mustard.
  2. Strain the sauce and pour it into a siphon.
  3. Charge the siphon with one cartridge and keep it warm "au bain marie".

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Coarsely grate the potatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the clarified butter in a small pan and evenly spread the grated potato in it.
  4. Slowly fry the rösti until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  5. Meanwhile, slice the salmon thinly.
  6. Pick the herbs and slice the strawberries thinly.

  1. Divide the rösti over the plates and place the salmon on top.
  2. Finish the rösti with the herbs and the Savora mustard Hollandaise.
