Savora mustard Hollandaise

A classic hollandaise sauce as a base, but with a surprising twist. In this recipe, with the addition of Savora mustard.

Ingredients

2Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise sauce
70gSavora mustard

Preparation

  1. Heat the Hollandaise sauce and add the Savora mustard.
  2. Strain the sauce and pour it into a siphon.
  3. Charge the siphon with one cartridge and keep it warm "au bain marie".
