Preparation
- Finely chop the garlic and sauté it together with the chopped shallots in the olive oil.
- Add the cooked quinoa, chopped tomato, and chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside to cool.
- Fry the Beyond Chicken tenders in olive oil until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, toss the mesclun salad with the dressing and mix in the sliced red onion.
- Spoon the black quinoa salad onto the plate.
- Slice the Beyond Chicken tenders and place on the quinoa.
- Place the dressed salad on the plate.
- Finally, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts around the dish.
