Salad of Beyond Chicken and black quinoa

With the Beyond chicken tenders, you can easily prepare a delicious dish. Recipe for 2 people.

Ingredients

1units.itemsfinely chopped shallot
100black quinoa
1units.itemsTomato
2chopped parsley
5units.itemsBeyond Chicken tenders
Olive oil
mesclun salad
dressing
0.5units.itemsRed onion
2hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the garlic and sauté it together with the chopped shallots in the olive oil.
  2. Add the cooked quinoa, chopped tomato, and chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Fry the Beyond Chicken tenders in olive oil until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, toss the mesclun salad with the dressing and mix in the sliced red onion.
  6. Spoon the black quinoa salad onto the plate.
  7. Slice the Beyond Chicken tenders and place on the quinoa.
  8. Place the dressed salad on the plate.
  9. Finally, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts around the dish.
