Salad with crispy bacon, tomato and aceto balsamico

The ideal dish on a terrace is, of course, a salad.This salad with pre-cooked pork belly is guaranteed to be a success. Ingredients for 4 people.

Ingredients

1Finely chopped shallot
mesclun salad
250gBabi Pangang pork belly
Aceto balsamico
2units.itemspomodoro or coeur de boeuf tomatoes
Unagi sauce
Arbequina olive oil
vegetables of choice (for example asparagus, green peas, broad beans)

Preparation

  1. Place the bacon in a preheated oven at 180°C for 9 minutes.
  2. Slice and brush with the unagi sauce.
  3. Slice the tomato thinly.
  4. Mix a little aceto balsamico with some of the chopped shallot and spread this over the thinly sliced tomato.
  5. Toss the salad with a little aceto balsamico and olive oil.
  6. Add the chopped shallot and vegetables of your choice.
  7. Cut the bacon to the desired size.
  8. Place the salad on the thinly sliced tomato and arrange the bacon around it.
