Delicious with a fish dish featuring, among others, gurnard, lobster, and prawn.Ingredients
1.5lPoultry stock
1Algae powder
200gWakame salad
200gsoybeans
Ponzu
Sesame oil
Preparation
- Cook the soybeans in water with salt until done.
- Put the cooked beans with the wakame salad in a blender, add the broth, and blend finely.
- Add the algae powder and blend until a nice green sauce forms.
- Strain and season with a little ponzu and a few drops of sesame oil.
