For this cocktail, Mezcal Nuestra Soledad Ejutla has been used as the base.

Ingredients

60mlMezcal Nuestra Soledad Ejutla
20mlFresh lime juice
Salt
Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
Smokey Chipotle Spice Mix

Preparation

  1. Pour the mezcal and lime juice into a highball glass.
  2. Fill with ice cubes and top with Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda.
  3. Mix the salt and smokey chipotle spice mix to taste.
  4. Dip the cocktail glass in the chipotle-salt mix for a rim on the glass.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of lime and mint.
