Snow cup coffee

This 'coffee special' consists, among other things, of advocaat, espresso, and Cointreau.

Ingredients

2Cointreau
Double espresso
100mlWhole milk
50mlAdvocaat
cocoa powder
marshmallows

Preparation

  1. Put the advocaat in the glass.
  2. Brew the double espresso and let it run over a spoon onto the advocaat.
  3. Add the two tablespoons of Cointreau to the hot espresso.
  4. Steam the milk to cappuccino foam.
  5. Finish with marshmallows and a pinch of cocoa powder.
