Saus.Guru Cola BBQ sauce
Preparation
- Cut the pineapple into nice wedges.
- Add the Saus.Guru Cola BBQ sauce and vacuum seal.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 70°C steam.
- Then let cool in the refrigerator.
- Remove the pineapple from the vacuum bag and grill it on the BBQ. You can also torch it with a blowtorch.
- Serve as part of a BBQ dessert or as a garnish with spare ribs.
