Rhubarb tarte tatin

Serve on a slate plate for a contrasting effect with the beautiful pink-red rhubarb and white yogurt mousse.

Ingredients

Puff pastry
yogurt mousse
Rhubarb

Preparation

  1. Caramelize the rhubarb briefly and place in a ring.
  2. Cut out the puff pastry and prick the dough evenly with a fork.
  3. Place a slice on the rhubarb and bake in an oven at 170°C.
  4. Serve with yogurt mousse.
