45mlThe Epicurean Lowland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
Ginger ale
Lemon peel
Ice
3units.itemsBitters (optional)
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in 45 ml The Epicurean Blended Malt Whisky and optionally add 3 drops of bitters.
- Top up with ginger ale.
- Peel a long strip of lemon zest and add it to the glass in an attractive way.
