Tokio High wonton

Ingredients

half-and-half minced meat
1Egg
panko or breadcrumbs
Saus.Guru Tokyo High sauce
Wonton wrappers
Sushi ginger
fresh garlic
daikon

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the ginger and garlic and mix with the minced meat, egg, and panko.
  2. Add some extra Saus.Guru Tokio High sauce for flavor.
  3. Form small meatballs and wrap in a wonton wrapper.
  4. Moisten your finger and run it along the edges of the wrappers.
  5. Seal the ends of the wrappers and stand upright in a steamer basket.
  6. Steam the wontons in a steamer or over a pan of boiling water.
  7. Take a small bowl and cover the bottom with Saus.Guru Tokio High sauce.
  8. Carefully place the wontons in it.
  9. Cut some daikon into julienne strips and garnish the wontons with it.
