Tunnbröd Nicoise style

Tunnbröd with cottage cheese, blanched haricots verts, tuna, egg, and olive.

Ingredients

Eggs
haricots verts
Sun-dried tomatoes
tunnbröd
Capers
Tuna
Rocket
Olives

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the arugula and sun-dried tomato with a sharp knife.
  2. Chop the capers.
  3. Stir these into the cottage cheese.
  4. Blanch the haricots verts.
  5. Boil the eggs and chop coarsely.
  6. Place the cottage cheese with arugula, tomatoes, and capers on the tunnbröd. Then add the blanched haricots verts, chopped egg, and pieces of olive.
  7. Add the tuna on top, in this case canned, but it's even better to use fresh tuna.
  8. Roll up tightly and serve.
